Grinding Polish

To make the glass to be more smoothly and 2.5D curved.

First Time Cleaning

Use the ultrasonic wave Technique to clean up any tiny dust.

QC First Time

Check if the glass is qualified and paste two plastic membrane to protect the glass into next process.

Tempering The Glass

We insist on 4 hours tempering time to strength the glass to 9H hardness.And also could double tempering based on client ‘s requirement.

Second Time Cleaning

Use the ultrasonic wave Technique to clean up any tiny dust again so that we could make sure it’s qualified for next step.

QC Second Time

Double check if the tempered glass is qualified and paste two plastic membrane to protect the glass into next process.

Oleophobic Coating

We use automatic machine to make tempered glass wearing strong oleophobic coating.so that the tempered glass would be high quality and anti-fingerprint.

Applying AB Glue

We only use the high quality ToYo AB-Glue and Applying AB Glue By Laminating machines.

QC Third Time To Make Sure Qualified Product

Double check if the tempered glass is qualified to sell to the market.
